You agree that all content that you post will become public, that the content will be available to anyone with internet connection. This including messages posted between members or between members and our staff.
You agree that the messages in this forum express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of us. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.
You are permitted a maximum of one account, active or inactive, regardless of how many entities you represent. If you choose to ignore this important restriction, all your accounts will be disabled. If you require a temporary user name for any reason, please contact us for approval. If you require a user name change, please contact us. Should you forget your password for your account, you can use the “I forgot my password” feature provided by the phpBB software. You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the country where “Duriosoft Support Forum” is hosted or International Law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us. The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that “Duriosoft Support Forum” have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should we see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered to being stored in a database.
